The MICE Agency is a B2B consultancy and event management company specializing in the design, coordination, and facilitation of corporate seminars, incentives, and business meetings. We mainly work in partnership with travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate event planners, providing tailor-made concepts, on-site assistance, and coordination of suppliers chosen and contracted directly by our clients or partners.
Our role is limited to advisory, organizational, and logistical support services. We do not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or intermediary in the sale of transport, accommodation, or travel packages, and we do not collect or handle client funds for such services.

Hybrid and Virtual Events
2020 has been a difficult year for our industry. In a few weeks, everything was turned upside down. Live events and congresses that had been prepared months in advance have been postponed or canceled. Virtual events, still marginal in previous years, have become the new norm. We had to learn new ways of communicating and getting together. The MICE Agency therefore supports its clients in the organization of virtual events.
But, while virtual events certainly have their advantages, live events will remain an important part of business strategies. And while waiting for the situation to return to what it was before 2020, we can also offer hybrid events. In some cases, a virtual event is the only option but with a gradual return to normal, we will be able to offer hybrid events. The MICE Agency is also present to organize events combining face-to-face and virtual.
